Where a boiler job sits in that range depends on the boiler you choose, whether the flue or pipework has to be altered, and whether you are changing system type. Unvented cylinders, electric boilers, underfloor heating and full central heating installations are priced per property from the same free remote quote, because no two London properties need the same work.
Why we are not a £2,000 quote
We do not compete with the fixed-price online sellers at £2,000 to £3,000. We fit Vaillant and Baxi as an approved installer, which lets us register your boiler for a 10 year guarantee that most installers cannot offer. If the lowest price is what matters most to you, we are not the right firm, and we would rather say so now.
Fixed price, agreed first
There are no hourly rates on installations. You get one figure before anything is agreed, and it covers parking, congestion charge and travel. If the job turns out to need more than we quoted, we come back to you for approval rather than adding it to the invoice.
