In addition to this fantastic national shortlisting, we are absolutely thrilled to share that we have been named a 2022 winner of the SME Greater London Enterprise Awards! PH247 and our fellow London finalists have been described by event organizers as “a true snapshot of the future economy.” This recognition means an incredible amount to our team, particularly with 2022 marking the inaugural year that the National StartUp Awards have given recognition to emerging businesses at a national level across the UK.

PH247 was founded by two inspirational Londoners, Louchavan Lemard & Ryan Jeffers. Both coming from humble beginnings and facing adversity, trauma, and personal struggles with mental health, Louchavan and Ryan have excelled in education and industry to become multi-award-winning trade professionals.

Their leadership has driven PH247 to become a lean, forward-thinking organisation, working closely with specialist partners to ensure consistent service excellence. As the founders of a winning organisation, their combined expertise as a qualified plumbing and heating professional and a qualified quantity surveyor has been instrumental in securing the company’s position as a standout enterprise in London’s construction and building services sector. Today, they lead PH247 with a commitment to reliability, responsiveness, and industry-leading standards.
