Louchavan Lemard

Louchavan leads the technical side of PH247. He is an EngTech FCIPHE RP registered professional and was named National Plumber of the Year 2026, having won the Central London region at The Plumber Awards. He became a Master Plumber in 2025, co-chairs the City and Guilds Building Services Engineering Industry Board, and is a member of the Worshipful Company of Plumbers. He also won the Lloyds Launchpad competition at the UK Black Business Show 2025.
